    How the clicko works

    Press the keys to activate the LED lighting with a satisfying mechanical click. Hold all keys down at the same time to change the lighting mode and/or colors.

    Shipping & Returns

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Our standard shipping time is 1 to 3 weeks (7–21 days), depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

    We currently ship to most countries in Europe except the following: Cyprus, Denmark, Greece, Malta and Romania. Orders placed to these excluded countries will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

    Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. For any questions regarding shipping, feel free to reach out to us at hanatari.contact@gmail.com

    Right of Cancellation:
    You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at hanatari.contact@gmail.com with your order details.

    Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Defective or Damaged Items:
    If your product arrives defective or damaged, please send clear photos or a continuous video showing the issue, along with your order details. Once we verify the defect, we will either issue a full refund or arrange a replacement, depending on supplier availability.

    Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or unauthorized modifications is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a refund.

    Exceptions:
    Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or personalization reasons, including:

    • Custom-made or personalized products
    • Sealed items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, earphones, or underwear once opened)

    Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that international returns may take additional time to reach our supplier.
